Help needed in handling revision

My first order delivered. The client ask for revision. After revision do I need to send all formats again with revision?.
Like in logo design
Source file,png, mock-up, transparent???

If you offer source file on order , then must be upload it on source file section. and i think only mock will be upload on " upload work section ". But depend on your buyer demand, what he says on last message. Thank you
