How to increase ratings from 88 to 90% to be eligible to enable buyer requests?

I have been an old fiverr user but two negative ratings brought my ratings from 90%+ to 88% which is why my buyer requests are off. How to improve them? No one visits my gigs and orders one which is a bit of worry for me atm. Help and guidance are needed.
