I couldn’t agree more. Asking your family and friends to order a gig will also allow you to work out any flaws your gig may have, especially if you’re asking for honest feedback and not just praise!

But, if you’re still having difficulty, work on improving your gigs so that you’re offering something buyers can’t refuse.

In the very beginning, I offered a 750-word blog post for $5 completed in 24 hours. Now I wouldn’t dream of doing that, but my point is that you’ve got to work hard at offering your clients value!
