It's time to withdraw money! Tips from Scandinavians/Europeans please

I wanna avoid annoying high fees. Any European who knows the best way of transferring money from Fiverr to your local bank account? Currency conversion fees? Additional fees? PayPal vs Bank transfer. Which way is the best?
If you´re a Swede, I would get the best appreciation.
