Conversation with the buyer

When we get an order and we make some discussion with the buyer and after completing the first step we give him a custom request and he/she accepts it and we start an order, so, everything is going well but after someday the buyer say that my mind is changed and I do not want this website now so I want refund. So, after that, he/she requests for refund and our profile ranking will be bad. How we can face this type of problem?

i think fiverr company make rules for buyer also,after start order as his or her project description.seller doing project, if buyer need to change project description, he or she need to pay extra money and can’t be refund original fix amount also can’t profile ranking will be bad for seller. becos its not a seller problem, it’s a buyer problem.
