Two account login in one device

Hi guys, After some days later of opening fiverr account its wanted a verification.
For verification i used my roommate phone because my phone was lost.Now everything is going fine.
But now my roommate wants to create a fiverr account .If she login her account with that device will she or me face any problem?

I think your roommate should reset her phone and then open/use a new account . It will be safe for both accounts

Fiverr goes by IP addresses, not different devices. I use my account on my iPad, my phone, my home computer, and my computer at work when I sub. 😉

I think you both would potentially face a problem. As I said above, it would be best, to be honest with CS and get their permission to use the same phone and IP address to have two accounts. If you sell different services they may let you. However, if you sell the same service they may decline your friend’s account.

Well Fiverr doen’t allow you to use one device for two accounts. Fiverr’s Terms of Service strictly forbid multiple accounts; if you have more than one account, all of them could get banned. So I think if your rommate want to create a fiverr account, Fiverr will think that is your second one. I would suggest to try to Talk to Customer Support.

I am not using that device anymore.I just login in that phon for verification.Because i was not able to verify with computer.so i use my roommate phone.

I have asked about the same problem with fiverr support, and they have told me explicitly: It is not a problem if your roommate or spouse accesses his / her profile on the same device as yours, if he / she does not sells the same gigs as you, so to open two accounts on one device, you must not have the same gigs but sell different services. Otherwise you have to use different devices, as Fiver considers it as one person

It is best to grant permission from Fiverr CS. Open a ticket. Tell them about your problem. They will give you the perfect and official solution.
