Why is it called "Receipt of Doing"

Upon starting an order, you receive an email that gives you a “receipt of doing”. I have never once received such a thing. I have only received receipts, proof of purchase, etc.

I think it’s just a fun wordplay with Fiverr’s slogan “In doers we trust”, it attests that you’re a doer, not just a talker 😉
