When attempting to send offers to clients or buyer requests from my phone, non of my gig xtras are available for me to offer. Only delivery time and price.I’ve double checked from my laptop and PC and I can send offers with all the extras just fine from there. I also doubled checked by editing my gig and made sure all the gig extras were checked and then saved.I travel alot and do the majority of my Fiverr communication and offers from my mobile.This is a very recent issue which I’ve not had before.Any help? If so ,yes ,then this is my same issue.I have 5 gigs currently, but only shows two gigs to choose while sending buyer requests from mobile. I think this is fiverr bug. I can submit a custom offer with gig xtras no problem this way but I think buyer requests can only be viewed on a PC browser or the mobile app.I think this is a recent bug with the mobile app. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
josephncpro Posted February 5, 2021 Share Posted February 5, 2021 This is coming late but could help somewhere because this bug still exist.You can use a mobile browser to view your buyer requests.With chrome, switch to desktop mode and visit the buyer request URL.This is mine - https://www.fiverr.com/users/josephncpro/requests/offersreplace my username with yours.You may get a message saying “We suggest viewing the desktop version of this page”, simply ignore by clicking the close icon on the top right corner.That’s it.
