4 November 2019, I withdrawal: $28. My payment is successfully (Withdrawal Completed Successfully) is showing.

16 November 2019, I withdrawal: $64.80. My payment is (Withdrawal Initiated) not showing (Withdrawal Completed Successfully) but I receive my $64.80 in my Payoneer Account.

And then Bank Transfer is not visible.

Highly doubt you will get a solution for this here. I suggest you contact customer support and inquire about it.
