Are you lucky to get sale?

I saw that some sellers have great gigs but they got few sales. Meanwhile, there are some sellers with normal gigs but they sold a lot with insane number of sales.

I don’t know why, do they get luck? :roll_eyes:

Skills are important for sure, but I do believe there is some luck involved to a certain point.
I did spend hours getting my gig ready, I did all the research etc, I was quite confident that my skills were decent, but back when I started I had WAAAAY less competitors.
I was able to get a good number of orders and reviews before Fiverr got flooded with millions of gigs. But again, the reason why I kept getting orders is because I had the skills.
So…95% skills and 5% luck???:thinking:
