Buyer request issue from using fiverr mobile app

hello everyone,
when i using my fiverr mobile app for send buyer request offers, it’s not select about revision times and define my offer scope.i think it is the fiverr mobile app issue.because when i try to send buyer request from using pc,i can select revision times and my offer scope.So can it effect for accept my offers from the buyer.because always can’t check the buyer requests from using pc.
