They for sure have and photoshop and illustrator and it would take them 10 seconds to use eyedrop tool to see the colour code :woman_shrugging:But anyway, wonderful @cre8iveartwork already gave you the colour code 😉

arcticdesigner
Futura BT Pro Book(https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/bitstream/futura/pro-book-193053/) The font for “FITNESS”GOOD TIMES was made using 2 fonts. “Good” is made with Bambusa Pro Basic(https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/fontforecast/bambusa-pro/basic/)and “Times” is made with Luna (https://www.fontzillion.com/fonts/carolina-mejia/luna?utm_source=fontsquirrel.com&utm_medium=matcherator_link&utm_campaign=lunaColor code: #FFF569Everything I wrote could easily be found by the sign company, but I guess they were too lazy. And I’m not trying to be rude or something, but…$150 for this…were you under the influence? 🙂 (I’m not saying it’s ugly, I’m just saying he worked for like 10 minutes on it)
lenasemenkova
RESOLVED.Thank you,NateIt should be expected that someone buying a logo for business will need the fonts and color IDs if they are planning on keeping a brand. Not really if it wasn’t included in the package you’ve purchased. Brand book is something you can request/order but it’s not a default addition to any and every logo gig on fiverr or elsewhere.Request/look for designers who sell full branding packages (colors, fonts, usage) and ensure you receive everything with the initial delivery. The number of clients who are seemingly serious about their branding but only have a grainy .JPG for a logo that I have to manually restore and redraw to even be able to use would surprise you.
