Why am I receiving orders if I have put a limit?

Yes, it is off. In fact, the buyer who purchased my gig is a new buyer. I’ll send a message to Fiverr’s support team and see how it goes. Thank you very much for your time.

I was curious about that too. I found out that putting a limit on your orders does not prevent new orders. Putting a limit on your orders removes it from the search page. However, it is still possible for buyers can to find you and place orders.

The only way to stop orders on a gig for sure is to pause that gig.
