I asked him many times to send to script for it ., but he is not responding to me and order count down is also started. I want to ask that, if the order count down is finished will it affect my profile. But this is not my fault, he is not providing script to start work. The buyer will have 48 hours to accept or decline your offer to extend the delivery time of the order. Also client is not responding to my messages. The good thing is the order countdown has not started yet. What should i do in such a situation? Let me know your thoughts. inzent Posted September 5, 2021 Share Posted September 5, 2021 Hi, I face the same situation, but my order didn't start without buyer requirements. There is option that seller can start the order selecting "I have all the information I need", If not fiverr will send reminders until that order countdown isn't start. In that time you can contact customer support and effect to your profile will be minimal. If you choose to start the order without requirements it will effect to your profile. At least I have cancelled the order by fiverr also fiverr confirm me, my profile will not any effect for that. So please conduct with fiverr suport team with your provement. Thanks.
