I can't log in and have to go back fast

Heyhey i wanted to use Fiverr on my phone but i forgot my password and was always logged in automatically on the mach. So I logged out to reset my password. Now I can’t get in at all and always get this message that i have a network problem but my internet connection is perfect. What could I do?
