I can't even contact support

When I signed up, I accidentally screwed up my security questions, and now I want to change it due to being locked, I keep getting links for “Contact Support” but all it ever does it opens a blank webpage with just links (the bottom links). I have no idea why it keeps sending me there, I am using Chrome as my browser. Now I just want to get this fixed, but apparently it keeps sending me from A to B and then to B to A endlessly lol.
