Communication outside the Fiverr without asking the buyer to communicate

So basically I provide moderation of a group such as discord server. Now buyers share me their discord server and I join to moderate it. Now can I talk with buyer about the server in discord? And all the payment stuff will be done in Fiverr.

I also provide online lessons but it’s difficult to teach on Fiverr because there is no voice chat or sceenshare option. So in that case can I ask buyer to contact in a platform where I can teach him easily?
