Freelancer trouble/Frustration and challenge

Freinds,

Two days ago, i have a received ORDER for 3 days timeline, but yesterday the Website where to works on going is not work or down temporary,

i am trying to inform the buyer, but buyer not respond from last 24 hrs, and now the Order timeline going to end, (i can’t increase timeline if buyer not respond)

So in this case now i am unable to complete the project on time as well as may be receive poor response from buyer.

You may want to contact customer support. They may be able to extend the deadline if the buyer is non-responsive and doesn’t seem to have urgency. Otherwise they may be able to cancel the order for you, which may be the best in the situation. If it goes too overdue, it gets automatically cancelled and you also get a fake bad review, that says your communication was worth 1 stars.
