Attach payoneer account not successful

I attached my Payoneer account to my Fiverr account.It was successfully attached but now when i try to withdraw my payment from fiverr to my payoneer account its fails.When i try to withdraw to bank it send me security code to my sim number when i put the code in it than fiverr send me mail to attach account.when i open it shows me message that your account is already attached Now what can i do?
