[New user] Buyers Requests Problem

Hey there!
I do not understand the buyer request thingie. I went to this category, thinking i could browse some requests from buyers in need, but found a blank page? Is this normal?
I might have been in the wrong tab or something, i do not fully understand the site yet ehhh… (I’m new from yesterday.) Or did i just misunderstood the purpose of the buyers requests thing?
