Hi! Do the Start Fiverr discount affect sellers?

Hi! Fiverr is offering me a 20% discount for my first order, however, I’d like to know whether that will affect the money received by the seller or if Fiverr is going to pay the full amount to them anyways! In the second case, I’d rather not use it,

Hi there, nice of you to ask.

In theory, it shouldn’t affect them, but we’ve had posts by sellers where it did. What you could do, is to tell the seller you’d like to use a code Fiverr gave you, then they are aware and can keep an eye on the revenue from that order and open a support ticket if it will affect it, so Fiverr can reimburse them.
