Reviews not showing when auto-complete?

My client said he posted a review, which is not showing on my gig or profile. It had auto completed earlier, but he said he reviewed it. I had no chance to review the buyer anywhere.
I just thought he was lying to me, but now a different a client of mine who normally reviews me every time, ordered a gig which auto completed and apparently this time there was no chance to review, either, so I’m starting to think it has something to do with the auto completion? All of them were custom offers.

Buyers can review an order up to ten days after it was delivered. After those ten days, they can no longer review that order.

You will not be able to see their reviews until you review them as well.

The problem is, I have no way to review my buyer. Normally, I go to orders, click on the order and scroll down to review the buyer. But in these cases, there is no opportunity to review them. Why?

If you are experiencing something that seems like an error or site glitch, contact Customer Support and they’ll take a look at it for you.
