Hi. The safest way is to contact customer support and explain them your specific situation, like that, it’s on file and you can reference back to it, in case there should ever be a problem.

If you both use the same account, it should be okay, I think, though you might want to put something in your account profile to that effect, so that people know they are potentially dealing/corresponding with more than 1 person. But in any case, I’d ask customer support for “clearance”.
