Hello. I’m Kareem. I’m pretty new to Fiverr as a seller which is why I was wondering about why whenever I receive a text from a potential client that it may say " person can no longer be contacted. This will not affect your response rate." Does anybody know what this means and how it cant affect me?

That person has been reported for spam and banned from the site. Spam, in theory, doesn’t affect your stats.
