Disputed customer

Hello, Yesterday I dealt with a customer for 20$, then somehow he managed to convince me to add 5$ order first and take remaining next day, next day when I demanded my money he refuse to give it to me and also give me 1 star rating, as I am a new seller my rating has been collapsed, What can I do now??

Based on how you’re communicating, I think this might’ve been miscommunication that went badly. I don’t really know what you’re saying.
