IOS app not showing notifications

My fiverr app was working very well in past but suddenly It stops sending notifications, Tried with reinstalling but the problem is same?

is anyone facing to the same issue?

Go to the Notifications within your Settings, you can see if the notifications are disabled. There was a new update to iOS recently, maybe that bugged things out.

Thanks donnovan, I have tried to do that but no luck.I am using a iphone 6 with iOS 12.4.3, released October 28, 2019.

also I can’t see fiverr app in notification settings, something going wrong

Hmm. you said you reinstalled the app and restarted the device afterwards? It should appear in the notifications.

yep, reinstalled and restarted. and I can’t see it in there

First of all, you could check whether you turned off the notification button on your device and the app. Besides, please force close the app and restart your iOS device to see if the issue still exists.
