“Buyer Requests” not visible

I hope one of my fellow forum users might be able to help me solve this perplexing issue I’ve been dealing with for a couple of months. It started when business was a little slow, and I decided to check out buyer requests. For the life of me, I could not find “buyer requests” anywhere on my Fiverr pages. I know I’ve seen them years ago, but now when I look for them, it’s like they disappeared. I don’t believe it’s a level issue, as I have been a TRS for many years. I don’t think I’ve ever even had a warning, and support seems to agree with me, but as of yet been unable to help. Their suggestions have included; try different browsers, clear your cache and history, restart your modem, wait 24 hours, use incognito mode, try mobile devices, etc. I’ve tried them all. I think I did everything correctly, but still those buyer requests remain invisible. I will try to attach a screenshot from my iPad of the areas where I think I should be able to access buyer requests. -lease have a look, and if you have any ideas, please share them. I’m experiencing the the same issue as a new seller: I haven’t seen any Buyer Requests at all so far. On no other web application I experience bugs, so I assume it’s a internal issue. (or I’m just not allowed to participate in the buyer requests yet)

If you found a solution to the issue, I’d be super happy if you could share that here!

Switch to Selling at the top of the Fiverr main page and then click More. Buyer Requests is in the drop down menu.
If you can’t see it you need to reduce the zoom in your browser settings on the right hand side.

Another option, if you are using an android device:

Download and install Fiverr’s app.
Login, then in the upper left corner click on an icon that is 3 horizontal lines.
Scroll down on the list that appears and you will find “Buyer’s Requests”.

It’s just that I always get the ‘No requests found message.’ I’ve checked the page A LOT over the last few days and never ever have I seen a single request. My (only) gig is located in the Photoshop Editing category, which is highly popular so I assume there should be requests. So I guess, that my profile is not eligible to see those requests for some reason.

You’re an angel! Well, I assume my account does not meet the required criteria yet, as I just recently joined the platform and didn’t complete any orders so far (hence I have no feedback rating). That’s unfortunate as it would be a great way to prove one’s worth as a fiverr novice.
