My fiverr rank is not going up why?

it has been almost 3 Months and a half month since i have been on fiverr…and until now i have completed almost 28 orders. them have rated positive rating…and no negative rating. and still i have not yet got promoted to level One. you guys have any idea why i haven’t got promoted to level one yet???

Hello! There are certain criteria like selling seniority, order completion, earnings and days without warnings for the promotion to Level 1 and above.
