What's offer template on Fiverr Android app menu

In the Fiverr andriod app I saw offer template on menu. Though not in all Fiverr app. Please, what’s it use for and the best way to utilize it?

You can have a ready-mate typed greetings and regards at the beginning and end of your buyer request.

between greeting and regard you can type your actual offer. it will save your time.
