client in (PMB) is asking for my phone number to send me a code i don’t know why he asked and which code he was going to send me but i said him that we can just discus here about his project. and now he is not responding.

It’s a GOOD thing they aren’t responding. Be grateful. They’re either trying to scam you or get you to break the rules and phone calls would be a waste of your time, anyway. It adds to the amount of time spent on an order, plus clients who want this kind of thing are a nightmare to work with, even if this is legit. They just want want to ramble about their project so they don’t have to send you a proper scope. It’s lazy and entitled. You aren’t their assistant. Remember that.
