My Payoneer account is showing a message “Your USD Balance has been disabled. Please contact us for further details”. No option to withdraw money. wp_kid Posted November 3, 2019 Share Posted November 3, 2019 I’m using Payoneer for four long years, I never faced any issue, sorry you had a hard time with them but apparently, they are not a scammer. As your withdraw is blocked you may need to do some verification.
