If you get traffic via Quora, it’s organic. It’s NOT a place to promote yourself. That’s called spamming.

Quora, Reddit, Medium, etc. are only helpful to you if you have valuable insights and then people look you up. They are NOT opportunities to spam.

Think about why people use these places: to solve their problems, NOT to see promotional things.

Fiverr Sellers would perform much better in their marketing if they stopped focusing on what they want to do and start focusing on what viewers want to see.

It isn’t about class. It is about treating people how they want to be treated and also about being professional. Fellow professionals in the west do not call each other sir, ma’am, etc. because it’s unprofessional and it hurts your credibility when you do that.

Ma’am is only appropriate in the context of servitude. We are peers here. No one is my servant here.

It doesn’t help you to try to convince someone they should accept and like being called something. Respect other people. If you want someone’s business or respect, do you think it wise to call them something they don’t like? Really?

Also, I don’t have to justify why I don’t want to be called something. Don’t call people anything because you don’t know what they want and calling people a name is unprofessional anyway.
