Client wants to cancel so they can reorder using a promo code

Hi there. You can try asking support to cancel for you so the client can reorder, or whether they can credit them the amount they would have saved with the promo code instead.
If you cancel yourself, your order completion rate most probably will suffer, if you ask support, there’s a good chance they’ll cancel without it affecting your OCR if your case fits their criteria.
