First buyer request invitation sent

Today I have sent my first invitation to the buyer’s request.
How would I get to know about the status and whether or not I got the order? Please help.

in reply to your buyer request invitation, buyer can order you directly or maybe inbox you before place an order if they think you are the right seller for their job, and you will get notification
