Why two invoices are showing in my order list

Hello! I am facing a problem that , I have created a custom offer for buyer. Due to Internet problems and error on the page . It is now showing invoices of 8 dollar total of 16 . while Full project cost is only 10 please solve my problem, can I cancel the invoice or nor ? will it affect my profile or not
