Architecture and building code

i have had many clients come to me to do their 3D render and interior design but i find myself correcting mistakes of other fiverr sellers who just sell random FALSE floor plans or renders to buyers who happen to not know much about the building code and norms !! this is so bad because of the project isn’t conforming to the norms of the buyer country it will be mostly rejected and not approved !!! it’s like you are selling meaningless drawings to people who come to this website for guidance and help .
let me remind you that an architecture should be functional before being aesthetic ! and i hope that buyers would get more aware of the quality of work not the design or decoration .
