Messages aren't closing out

I’ve rated, commented, and sent the same buyer review about five times now. It’s not closing out to reveal how they’ve rated me, and messages I’ve read stay as unread. Anyone else having this issue, and is there anything I can do?

UPDATE:
I checked my profile as well as the buyer’s profile, and my message/rating went through to him, and his rating is now at the top of my list of ratings as if there was no problem. So that’s working. But the messages are still not marking as unread, nor are they showing any actions taken.
