I am facing problem

I’m a level 2 Seller and I’m having the same problem. Must be a glitch in the system.

I saw in another post you were having a problem with a buyer not being satisfied and canceling an order after receiving your work. Not sure of what you are selling but if you can put a copyright watermark on it and get them to agree in writing they are accepting the work as satisfactory and complete before giving them the final unwatermarked copy.
