Notifications Are Bugged & No Option To Respond To Reviews

Me too having this problem now. Suddenly “Review your experience with this buyer” option appeared. After reviewing it said “Seller left you a five star review”. But after a few seconds, notification start show “Seller left feedback on their order. Rate your experience to view there” again. But sellers review is showing on the portfolio.

Yes, I can respond to reviews, i.e. type a response but it gets swallowed by the world wide web apparently on pressing “Share Response”, and I don’t get to see the buyer’s review, both on desktop and phone.

Also, in the app, it shows me the 5 stars filled out for all 3 sections, one of them being “Seller Communication” where I’m supposed to leave feedback for a buyer. I’m used to lots of seller/buyer confusion on the forum but in the UI, this seems a little strange.

I can’t leave a review for a couple of days now because it’s like dont save reviews (although it looks like it’s been saved). Some orders are not visible through the quick access menu (above). And also sometimes Fiverr asks to pass the captcha, which is not passable. What’s wrong with the Fiverr?
