Over 2 weeks of recieving error message when trying to seen new order

I have been going back and forth with the Support Team for over 2 weeks about an error message everytime I try to access a new order and have yet to have the problem resolved. The delivery for the order is now late even though I can do absolutely nothing about it, which is frustrating for both myself and the buyer. Has anyone else had a similar issue?
