Actually, I’d rather see you fully answer the many questions @eoinfinnegan has asked you first. You haven’t done that yet. And the responses you did provide seem to suggest that you haven’t thought through your goals well enough to be at the team-building stage yet.

you are almost right, because I haven’t started it yet. I am trying to estimate the budget for this projects.

It’s not so hard, just create a plan and make a list for those which can help to get things done around your budget like marketing strategies, quality blog content, paid ads etc and when you’ll sum up all these things then it’ll be a lot easier…
