Fiverr have no concern with seller

Fiverr is getting 20% from seller service but they don’t give a Sh*t to their sellers. I am a new seller on Fiverr I completed 5 projects with 5 stars. One day a buyer sent me an order to change some headings for 5 $. Then he sends revision after my work submission and asks me to do extra work in the same amount and threatened me that he will give me bad review. I did his work in same amount and after he got delivery he canceled my order.
When I ask Fiverr to help me or take action. They email me that sorry this is not in our policy.
Like seriously?
Is this the way Fiverr behaves to their seller and gives all importance to the buyer.
That is really dis hurt and disappointing.
