Got a problem with fiver tests

I’ve been taking many tests on fiverr but i want to retry one, since i got a bad mark. When I check my profile with the preview mode, the test appear in the test section, but when i go back home, it disappears. How can i retry it?

When you’re logged in and on your profile, have you tried pressing “Take a test” and if it isn’t shown directly below in the following screen, using the “search” option to search for the test you want to re-take?

You could try contacting the helpdesk and saying it isn’t showing so you can’t retake it, eg. if it looks like it could be a bug.
