Multiple gigs for various sub offerings and services, or frowned upon here?

Hi folks,
thanks for taking the time to read this. I’m new to Fiverr and I offer an array of services for small-mid sized businesses and new entrepreneurs. For the veteran Fiverrs among us, do you recommend creating multiple gigs, each relating to each service, or is that considered “sand bagging” here and frowned upon? Every community has it’s own approach and etiquette so I’d like to approach this in the most receptive manner possible!
