Messages are not going through

Hello,
I am unable to send messages to one of my regular buyer and the buyer is having the same problem. Whenever I send a message, it just shows up to me and not to the buyer ( similar problem with the buyer). I am also not getting any notifications about the buyer’s msg.
I can just see the buyers message in the dashboard page under the conversation section. I tried out with different browsers and on app too, but the problem remains the same.
Is there anyone experiencing the same problem with the messaging system?
Kindly help!
