How much value buyer rating for growing account

Hi dear all,
I am completed more than 20 order, but maximum order the automatically completed without buyer ratings,
Buyer rating has any effect on ranking an account ?
I do not understand this is why my account is not ranking well,
anyone can suggest to me what can I do now to catch more buyer rating from my perfect done order and how can I do well ranking my account.
