Can't see buyer request after order cancellation

I’m new seller on fiverr & got 6 orders in my first month with 5 star rating. But now I met a mishap. one of my buyer canceled order due to which now no buyer request is appearing. is there any solution to this?

May be. But from that time I haven’t seen even a single buyer request

I think what has an effect on BR is if your rating goes below 4.7, not your completion rate. Maybe there hasn’t been any request so you haven’t been able to see any. It is normal, at least for new sellers, that some days you simply don’t see any offer.

I got the same problem. Before got the cancellation, i see nearly 40 buyer request perday. But now i didn't see anything for days. I think it sitll have some AI algorithm about limited the buyer request 😞
