All of the sudden my order completion went down but I didn't have any orders?

It can happen if a completed order goes outside the 60 day window (eg. the order was previously completed within the last 60 days but now it was completed 61 days ago). This would leave you with a lower percentage of completed orders in the last 60 days. The completion rate is based on the last 60 days.
