Help Me with FIverr Id Verification

Hi, I’m from India. I’ve tried to verify my account multiple times 5-6 times. I have used voter Id and aadhar which are the only national identification ids. The images on the Ids are very small and hardly clear. I have tried uploading both type IDs but none of them is accepted by the system. Does anyone have the same experience? Is there anyone from India who successfully got verified. Please let me know what Id you have used. I don’t have passport and driving license.
