Order cancellation bad effect

Hey fiverr forum friends,
Till now i completed 17 orders, and i get 13 review with 5 star. unfortunately now i need to cancel a order. how effect it for my account? and can buyer give me a bad review. i am not thinking about payment, but i am tense about bad effect about cancellation
